MeshMixer 07

MeshMixer is a free tool for combining 3D-models and sculpting. MeshMixer´s official name changed to "Autodesk MeshMixer" with version 07, so possibly the software gets a redesign in the future. Get it as long as it is free!

The software is available for OS X and Windows
